These boots are true to size and are super comfortable from first wear. I bought a pair in both cognac and black. I like the minimal design and height of the boot so it covers the shin a little more for shorter pants. Also works well with skirts/dresses. I’ve only had them a month, so yet to see how the faux leather wears as I have concerns about PU coating durability over time. The microfibre PU looks a bit plastic to me, but it may soften with use.
This belt is really comfortable to wear because of the elastic material.
These are very comfortable shoes - and the low heel allows less stress on your legs if you walk around a lot. The style has changed a little since my last pair - I had to return my first order for a size up! Plus I notice the straps are a bit wider, so you have to squeeze-fold them over to get them through the buckle. But overall, a very nice shoe :-)

Vegan style review
I bought the Cloe boots from Vegan Style back in May 2024. Initially very pleased with them as comfortable and looked good. Unfortunately they did not continue to look good for long as the elasticated sections of the boots soon started to become loose and mis-shapen (one worse than the other) looking wavy around the top and the left boot had a loose bulging elastic section. Very obvious and felt I could no longer wear them.
I contacted Vegan Style in late September 2024 and they asked me to send the boots back to them. I did that although it cost me $60 NZ. Vegan Style had the boots in their possession by mid October. By end October I contacted them again to be told that the boots were under review by an independent shoe repairer. Early November I again contacted them and was told that the elastic is not faulty but has been shaped by my foot over time and is a normal defect. However, they were going to replace one elastic panel as a gesture of goodwill. I was astounded by this as the boots were only 4 months old and had not had heavy use. The photos clearly show how mis-shappen the elasticated sections of the boots are.
We are now at the end of December and I am still waiting for my boots to be returned. I have asked if they will refund me the postage of $60 repeatedly and they have not once acknowledged this question.
I am so **** as I wanted to buy Vegan leather from an ethical and sustainable company. The boots were not cheap and having owned other Chelsea style boots in the past, the elastic has never done this to me before. I would not expect 4 months of light usage to do this to any shoe and my feet and legs are certainly not the shape of the elastic. My warning to others would be:
Do not order if from outside Australia as they do not appear to honour returned postage or packing. In fact, think twice about ordering at all!
The elastic is of very poor quality and should not be looking like it does after such a short period of time. This makes Vegan Styles claim of being sustainable and ethical untrue.
Customer service is very poor and I have had to chase up many times and still do not have my boots back after several months.
I just wanted a good pair of ethically produced vegan boots and I have been faced with a protracted and difficult task of dealing with this company which is still not resolved.
Very happy with these shoes! Great colour and comfortable after the first wear. I bought a size up from my usual size which seems to work well with this style.

These boots are so comfortable, just the boots to wear all day and have my feet and legs still feeling great. These boots have a wide fit.
I bought my first pair of 'LONDON 2' MATTE ESPRESSO VEGAN LACE-UP BOOT BY KING55 in 2019, and I'm only replacing them now because I wore out the soles - aesthetically they look as good today as they did when I bought them - I've never known a pair of shoes to look so good for so long, highly recommend.
