Delivery
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment has been received. In most cases, items are shipped the same day or the following day.
- Orders are sent via Australia Post. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item is sent.
- We offer both Standard Parcel Post and Express Post options, you can choose which you prefer when you place your order.
- You can also select in store pickup from our Fitzroy boutique, we're open from 11-5 every day of the week.
- COVID-19 Update: You will no longer be required to sign for your order. Australia Post will drop your parcel at your door step, allowing for contactless delivery. Please also allow some extra time for your parcel to arrive.
POSTAGE COSTS - AUSTRALIA
- FREE standard delivery for orders over AU $100.
- Standard delivery is AU $6 for orders under AU $50 and AU $10 for orders between AU $50 and AU $100.
- Express delivery is AU $23.
DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL
- All international orders are sent via Australian Post’s International Post service.
- All orders are trackable.
- Items shipped from Australia internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country.
- International customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.
- Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Vegan Style if you choose to return your order for any reason.
