Shipping Policy

Domestic Delivery (Australia):

  • Orders dispatched within 3-5 working days, often same or next day.
  • Shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.
  • Free standard delivery for orders over AU $100.
  • Delivery fees:
    • Orders under AU $50: AU $6
    • Orders between AU $50-$100: AU $10
    • Express delivery: AU $23
  • In-store pickup available by appointment at our West Footscray warehouse.

International Delivery:

  • Shipped via Australia Post International with tracking.
  • Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery fees vary by destination (e.g., New Zealand: AU $23, North America: AU $39).
